All of these 3D game boards in our Elven Games™ store are produced on a thermal forming machine and are 3D in nature. A mold has to be built to form the game board and plastic sheeting has to be heated to a high temperature and then vacuum formed around the master mold to form the part. After cooling and maintianing its shape, it is cut out on a band saw and prepared for finishing.

A lot of hand work goes into making these unique 3D game boards in our shop.
